How to do community meetings; a lecturers perspective

- What would be a nice location to hold a community meeting? The space has to big enough, close enough to the community, and attractive enough to visit.
- How would you make sure students and residents get enough time to speak during a community meeting?
Giving back
After gathering and analysing the data, we turn to th most important part of our project. In LOCUS we believe that residents are central to the research effort. To make sure residents' input is respected, we developed the concept of community meetings to give back the findings to the residents.
We propose to do two types of community meetings. One where residents and students work together on deciding which topics will be researched, and one where the students give the results back to the residents.
The first community meeting will be developed by the field partner and info on that can be found in Module 7.
This section will be on the second community meeting and will give insight in who to invite and what to present.
